At Yogacurehealth Institute, we strive to provide high-quality health and fitness services to our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellations. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation policy.
1. Appointment Cancellations
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your appointment by contacting us via email, phone, or through the online booking portal.
- Late Cancellations:
- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% fee of the session cost will be charged.
- Exceptions may be considered for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
2. Program or Class Cancellations
- Short-Term Programs/Classes (less than 4 weeks):
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the start date to receive a full refund.
- Requests made within 1-2 days before the start date will incur a 25% administrative fee.
- No refunds for cancellations on or after the program start date.
- Long-Term Programs/Classes (4 weeks or more):
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 3-6 days of the start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the start date or after the program has started.
3. Membership Cancellations
- Monthly Memberships:
- Cancellations require a 3 day notice before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial months.
- Annual Memberships:
- Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for a refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
4. No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
5. Cancellation by Yogacurehealth Institute
- In rare cases, if we need to cancel a session, program, or class due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
- Clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 4 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds may be subject to bank or transaction processing delays.
7. Modifications to the Policy
- Yogacurehealth Institute reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
